The Tai Chi Form I teach is the Cheng Man Ching 37 Posture Short Form. The Form is taught through direct lineage from Cheng Man-Ching to John Eastman to Glyn Williams. I have studied with Glynn for a number of years and am dedicated to this style of Tai Chi.

I currently teach Tai Chi to individuals and groups privately,    

and at Lambeth College.

I am a teaching member of the Jun Chi Tai Chi Chuan
Association of Great Britain, the organisation established
by Glyn.

I am also a Full Instructor Member of the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain.
