Terms
Treatment may be contra-indicated in the case of
certain medical or physical conditions. Payment is to be made in
advance or immediately after treatment. The full fee must be paid for
missed appointments or those cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Privacy
As part of my professional practice, I keep
records of every client’s treatment. These records are treated as
sensitive personal data in accordance with the requirements of the UK
Data Protection Act 1998. The data is stored securely and is not made
available to any other person, except as and if required by law.
Clients are entitled to obtain copies of their data upon written
request; a small fee may be charged.
